The Yoga practice helps you to experience yourself on all levels through various mindfulness and awareness techniques. It makes you strong and flexible, both in body and mind. In addition it strengthens your trust in yourself and the world and brings balance to your body, mind and soul. By connecting with oneself and all that is, yoga teaches a soothing sense of unity.
In my classes, I place particular emphasis on teaching what I practise in a way that is close to everyday life and can therefore also be lived away from the mat. Yoga is as diverse as we humans are, yoga is for everybody.
