What great bliss when you´re in a state of flow.

Flowing movement allows me to settle my mind, by expressing my innerself. It brings me back to my intuition and awareness of what my heart desires. While connecting with my body, mind and soul, I find balance. Flowing movement gives me the opportunity to feel, what words can´t describe, to regulate my emotions, to explore different perspectives and simply to enjoy the beauty of life.​ Flowing movement has given me so much freedom and such deep healing. This work of mine i love, i wanna share it with you. About me

My personal interest has always been the well-being of people, animals and the environment.

On a socio-cultural level, I dedicated myself to these topics during my studies in social sciences. After my bachelor's degree, I began my yoga teacher training. The ancient yogic knowledge and the practice that goes with it filled me and my life in a very nourishing, supportive, peaceful and vibrant way.
